Andy is a cut above the rest!
Andy, 43, from London, UK, hated being bald, but was worried about having a bad wig. So we followed him as he had his hair system cut-in.
Cab driver Andy from London is a self-confessed 'baldy'.
'I think I started going bald at 21. Yeah, I know, horrific. But what could I do about it? Nothing.'
Andy's hair loss was rapid. 'I went from looking like John Travolta from Grease, to Kojak in about two years. All I did was wear hats. I couldn't even attempt a comb over as my side hair was thin and I was also balding from the nape upward. Yeah, bad times.'
For twenty years Andy hated his baldness. 'It ruined my life in many respects. My early dating years were embarrassing. Turning up for a date with a girl, and I had less hair than her father! You have to learn to have a thick skin, because a lot of hurtful 'jokes' come your way when you're bald. Luckily, my wife says my baldness never bothered her. But it bothered me.'
Andy knows for sure what made him decide to get a hair system. 'I don't know what it is but there seems to be fewer bald guys around these days. Every man in the pub has hair - except me. I really felt the odd one out.'
Andy saw a hair replacement video and he was hooked. 'I saw a guy combing his hair then he removes the hair, like he was taking off a hat. I was staggered. I didn't realise the new hair systems could look so real. I wanted one. Immediately.'
Andy did a Google search and found us. After an initial consultation, we advised him to get a full cap, because his natural hair was weak and more or less non existent. 'Best thing I ever did,' Andy tells us.
'I had the system cut in by my local hair stylist and the results were amazing. My friends can't believe it and more importantly neither can me and my wife. We're both over the moon!'
